I’ve called the Tampa area home for over 35 years. I’m a proud USF alum now raising my own family in Land O’ Lakes, and most days you’ll find me at the ice rink for my figure-skating daughters. I live in comfy clothes, I don’t do heels, and I genuinely love this bay, even when life rarely leaves time for the beach.
I’ve been helping families across Tampa Bay buy and sell since 2005. Over 20 years in, I still believe the same thing I did on day one: where you live shapes how your life feels. So I think beyond square footage and into lifestyle, schools, commutes, the drive-in-and-you-just-know feeling of the right neighborhood.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and it should feel that way, in a good way. My job is to make it clear, calm, and even a little fun. Because at the end of it, you should land somewhere that truly feels like home.
What matters
Family first, always
Real estate is personal for me because home is personal. I know what it’s like to weigh a school district against a commute, to want room for the kids to grow, to just want a place that feels like yours.
My faith and my family are at the center of everything I do — and that’s exactly how I treat your home search: with honesty, patience, and care. When you work with me, you get a neighbor who’s been there, not a salesperson. I’ll tell you the honest tradeoffs, walk you through the numbers, and help you land in the right pocket of Tampa Bay.
