More than the house
I’ve called the Tampa area home for over 35 years. I’m a proud USF alum now raising my own family in Land O’ Lakes, and most days you’ll find me at the ice rink for my figure-skating daughters. I live in comfy clothes, I don’t do heels, and I genuinely love this bay, even when life rarely leaves time for the beach.
I’ve been helping families across Tampa Bay buy and sell since 2005. Over 20 years in, I still believe the same thing I did on day one: where you live shapes how your life feels. So I think beyond square footage and into lifestyle, schools, commutes, the drive-in-and-you-just-know feeling of the right neighborhood.
